If you are a regular worshipper at St. Margaret’s Church and have been attending for at least six months and would like to be added to the Electoral Roll, please complete a form [from the back of Church] and pass it to Harry Rhodes or a Church Warden before Sunday 16th April. The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held on Sunday 30th April, 10am.
Next Sunday (March 26th) is our first Tin Sunday of 2017 in support of the work of The Crypt (www.stgeorgescrypt.org.uk and PAFRAS (www.pafras.org.uk). Boxes will be at the back of Church for your gifts of tinned/dried food; toiletries and warm clothing.
We are very grateful for all your donations. There are certain items which we are currently very, very short of:
Longlife fruit juice, Coffee, Tinned Fruit, Custard, Sponge puddings, Instant Mash, Pasta sauce
One of St. Margaret’s Choir Members, has expressed an interest in learning to play the Church Organ. Would you be willing to act as a chaperone for approximately an hour each week, initially starting on a Sunday after the main morning service. Please contact Eunice in the Parish Office if you would be willing to help. Perhaps if several people volunteer, a rota can be set up so that it’s not a weekly commitment.
Help is needed to put together "posies of daffodils" for the 10a.m. Service. If you can help please meet on Saturday 25th March at 9.30a.m. in the Parish Centre. Names to Diane Childs or Rosemary Gaunt please. Many hands make light work!
